President Funderburk has been leading J.F. Ingram State Technical College since 2018, after serving as interim president for a year. Her dedication to providing quality postsecondary career and technical education to incarcerated adults and eligible individuals in Alabama has made a significant impact. Under her leadership, the college not only educates but also assists graduates with job placement and community resources to aid their reentry into society.
With over nine years of experience in the Alabama Community College System and a decade in county administration, President Funderburk's expertise is unparalleled. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and several distinguished certificates. Her leadership extends beyond the college, as she actively participates in numerous professional and community organizations, including the Correctional Education Association and the Economic Development Association of Alabama.
