A partnership between the Alabama Department of Corrections, the Alabama Community College System and the GEO Group, Inc. brings qualified participants a unique opportunity in the form of The Alabama Therapeutic Education Facility. Opened in 2008, ATEF helps prepare participants to transition from incarceration to re-entry.

In addition to Adult Education classes, Ingram offers short-term non-credit training in Carpentry, Cosmetology, HVAC, Plumbing, and Welding. Participants can earn credentials in forklift Handler and OSHA 10-hour General Safety.
