J. F. Ingram State Technical College is committed to providing a workplace and campus community free of sexual misconduct and harassment. As required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, ISTC does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities. This includes discrimination affecting ISTC employees and applicants for employment, students and applicants for admission, or members of the public. All members of the ISTC community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others, whether on ISTC premises or at any ISTC-owned off campus location, and while participating in any ISTC educational program or activity.
