ISTC Receives Community Service Grant from Rep. Charlotte Meadows

On September 15, 2020 Representative Charlotte Meadows (R-74) recognized J. F. Ingram State Technical College with a $6,250 Community Service Grant. The grant was awarded from funds allocated to each legislator for public education purposes.

ISTC president Annette Funderburk said Rep. Meadows grant would be combined with other resources to fund an equipment for use in the Industrial Systems Technology program.

“We appreciate Rep. Meadows interest in our students and the career technical training we offer,” said Funderburk. “Industrial Systems Technology is our newest for-credit career technical training program and we are continuing to identify resources to enhance each student’s learning experience.”
